If you love programming Ruby and use the Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework, or would like to learn, then this group is for you. If you don't care for Ruby or Rails but love programming and web development in general, are involved in a startup and have an entrepreneurial spirit, then this group may be for you too. :) Oh yeah, and you must live in the world's most livable city to join. If you don't know which city that is, then you probably don't. :)
