When it comes to fun games, it’s Serious Business.

We’ve got Facebook’s top social game, the world’s largest rails cluster, and we’re just getting started.

And, we are looking for Ruby Engineers who are absolute rockstars!

If you know your way around mongrel, merb, etc., you are our kind of person. Please send us a line!

Should you make the cut, here’s WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

* Be one of the guys that makes Rails scaling happen
* Build out infrastructure to support rapid, scalable social application development
* Work on products that millions (we’re serious) of people use every single day
* Contribute back to open source projects like god and merb
* Have a life

Speaking of life CULTURE and EXPECTATIONS:

We are serious about culture here at Serious. More than just great engineers, we want to hire great people. We are going to be spending a LOT of time together, so we want you to know our expectations up front:

* Smart, this is Serious Business after all
* Gets things done – we value prototypes and code over posturing and talk
* Agile, tee dee dee, able to work on a variety of projects
* We’re a team – so everybody does the dishes
* Entrepreneurial – everybody has serious ownership and serious say in Serious Business
* Excited to work on projects with lots of unknowns and designing elegant solutions for problems that have quite literally never been solved before

We are LOCATED IN downtown San Francisco (2nd and Market)

PLUS LOTS OF BULLET POINTS

* 30 inch monitors (because we love pixels)
* Aeron chairs (used from Craigslist, but hey)
* MacBook Pros (standard)
* Full health, vision, dental
* Commuter passes

Salary $100K+ DOE, relocation expenses covered up to $5k

If you've read this far, you should shoot your resume to anotov [at] gmail.com.

P.S. If we haven't convinced you yet...
