Job Description:

We are working with several client companies in the Boston, MA area both in the City and in suburban locations looking for strong Ruby on Rails Developers.

You must have excellent knowledge of supporting web technologies including Javascript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. You need a demonstrated track record of successfully designing, developing, and maintaining information systems using the Ruby on Rails framework. You should also have experience creating rich internet applications using CSS, JSON, AJAX, Scriptaculous, and Prototype. You should also have experience applying agile development processes

Other Requirements Include:

• BSCS from top Tier School
• Familiarity with relational database systems including MySQL, PostGres, and Oracle
• Strong experience working with J2EE, J2ME, Maven, Ant, Spring Framework, Apache, Struts, and Dojo framework
• Experience and comfort using automated unit testing tools, including Shoulda, Rspec, Selenium, and jUnit
• Knowledge of Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud, Hadoop, Erlang, iPhone applications and Xen virtualization software
