Introduction
I am an IT veteran working mostly with SAP. I have been working Ruby and Rails for about 3 years, part-time for small personal projects and some deployed solutions at client sites. My most infamous work was as part of Skribit.com.
Why are you interested in Ruby?
It's an elegant language that allows you to build something right away. The user community is exploding, so libraries abound, and it's got Rails built on it!

How would you sneak Ruby through the system at work?
Build something really useful for myself, then people see it answering their questions when I use it.
