Getting out of the J2EE comfort zone and work at a school right now. Try to get the folks excited about RoR and also do some heavy-lifting integrating legacy stuff, RoR and WebSphere Portal.

Went to Silicon Valley RoR meet-up and someone told me about this one in SF!
