Been busy with spring breakin' (sorry for delay on a solid topic till now)
1) Most a day on GIT. We have the latest peepcode "git internals" to show. bring a flash drive ;)
2) If we are all git'ed out, then we will do ad hoc talks. For example, I am doing a complete rewrite on HomeMarks for the upcoming rails 2.1 release. This version of HomeMarks has a real crazy VC as in MVC approach. So if you'd like to hear how to slim controllers down to nothing but head responses and let the view/client do all the work with JS, then stick around for the after git talks.
